Coffee Rose attar is a Flora Five original — our tribute to the old Middle Eastern habit of pairing dark qahwa with rose water, rebuilt as a wearable perfume oil. Bitter black coffee meets lush Turkish rose from the first second, Bulgarian rose and cardamom deepen the brew, and musk, amber and frankincense round it off across a 6–8 hour wear.

What does Coffee Rose attar smell like?
Exactly what the name promises, in the best way: bitter black coffee poured over lush Turkish and Bulgarian roses. Cardamom and coriander add a chai-spice sparkle, ylang-ylang sweetens the middle, and frankincense, amber and sandalwood give the drydown a resinous, incense-lit warmth. It is rich and moreish rather than sugary — a gourmand for grown-ups.

How long does it last?
This is one of our heavier compositions: 6–8 hours on skin is typical, with the coffee most prominent through the first few hours and the rose-amber heart carrying the rest of the day. It clings to shawls and jacket collars into the next day, so apply with a light hand if you share outerwear.

Is it alcohol-free?
Yes. Coffee Rose is a pure perfume oil with no alcohol at any stage. The oil base is also kinder to skin than repeated alcohol sprays, and it wears warmly instead of evaporating off in the first hour.

Which size should I choose — 3, 6 or 12 ml?
A scent this concentrated needs only a small trace, so 3 ml goes further than you would expect and makes a low-risk introduction. Choose 6 ml if you plan to wear it through the winter, and 12 ml if it becomes your signature — or if your household is likely to keep borrowing it.

How to Apply

Flora Five attars are concentrated, alcohol-free perfume oils. A little goes a long way.

Hold the roll-on to clean, dry skin on pulse points — inner wrists, behind the ears, base of the neck.
Apply one or two gentle swipes. Do not rub — let the oil settle on the skin.
A single application typically lasts about 6–8 hours on skin.
For a stronger trail, reapply lightly after a few hours.
Store upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Yes. If you are not happy with your fragrance, you can ask for an exchange or store credit within 7 days. A small logistics charge may apply. If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we will send a replacement.
