This policy explains what personal data M/S Flora Five ("Flora Five", "we") collects when you use fiveflora.com or buy from us, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

What we collect

• Order and account details: name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address, order history.
• Payment details: handled by our payment partner (Razorpay) and Shopify. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Messages and reviews: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and reviews you choose to post.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location from IP, and cookies or similar tags (see "Cookies and tracking").

Why we use it

• To take, deliver and support your order, including Cash on Delivery confirmation, returns and exchanges.
• To send order updates (confirmation, shipping, delivery) by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
• To keep invoices and tax records as Indian law requires.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of our store.
• Only with your consent: marketing messages (offers, launches, review requests with rewards) by email or WhatsApp, and advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store, and only what each needs:

• Shopify (store and checkout hosting)
• Razorpay (payments)
• Delhivery (courier delivery)
• Interakt (WhatsApp messages)
• Judge.me (product reviews)
• Google (Analytics and Google Shopping)
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads measurement)

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, as permitted by Indian law. We do not sell your personal data. We share data with government authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tags to keep your cart working, measure visits (Google Analytics) and measure our ads (Meta and Google). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.

Your consent and how to withdraw it

Where we rely on your consent, for example marketing messages, you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it:

• Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Send us a WhatsApp message asking us to stop.
• Write to florafive@outlook.in.

Withdrawing consent does not affect orders already placed or messages already sent.

Your rights

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
• Correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax invoices.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.
• Have your complaint heard by our Grievance Officer (below).

How long we keep data

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep marketing data until you withdraw consent. We keep other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it.

Security and data breaches

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and trusted providers. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
