A tropical fruit dropped into an oriental base. The passionfruit opening is tangy and bright — genuinely uncommon in attars — but saffron and rose pull it toward richness quickly, and by the second hour you are wearing a resinous oud-leather with fruit glinting on top. Distinctive without being difficult.
How long does it last?
Roughly 12–16 hours on skin. The fruit itself is a first-act pleasure — expect two to three vivid hours — but the labdanum, leather and vanilla beneath it are marathon runners. Applied before an evening out, the base will still be present when you wake up.
Is it alcohol-free and halal?
Yes. Like every Flora Five attar, Marakuza is a concentrated oil with zero alcohol, applied by rollerball. It qualifies as halal wear, travels safely in a pocket with no spray mechanism to leak, and behaves more gently on sensitive skin than alcohol-based eau de parfums tend to.
