How it compares. Our attar captures the recognisable Amber Aoud accord — saffron-gilded rose melting into resinous amber and dark agarwood, one of the most imitated luxury signatures in perfumery. Because it's a concentrated oil with no alcohol, the opening is softer (no spray "blast"), it develops more slowly, sits closer to the skin, and lasts noticeably longer than an alcohol spray.
There is no alcohol anywhere in this blend, making it halal-friendly and comfortable even on dry or sensitive skin. Apply sparingly to the wrists, the base of the throat and behind the ears — body heat gradually unlocks the saffron and amber, so resist the urge to over-apply. Keep it away from white or pale fabric; rich oud oils can leave a lasting tint.
