We make this as a pure oil concentrate with zero alcohol, so it is halal and it never stings freshly shaved skin. What does Majestic Oudh smell like?
Sweet, woody royalty. The oud arrives immediately but arrives polished — laced with anise and jasmine instead of barnyard smoke. By the drydown it is a caramel-vanilla oud over sandalwood and vetiver, closer to a dark dessert served in a wood-panelled room than to raw agarwood.
How long does it last?
A comfortable 12–16 hours on skin — this is the longest-wearing style we make. Projection is strong for the first 6–8 hours, then it hugs the skin as a vanilla-wood veil. Applied in the morning, you will still catch it at night.
Is this a good first oud?
Yes — arguably the ideal one. The caramel, vanilla and coumarin sand off the challenging edges that put newcomers off oud, while the dry woods and vetiver keep it from turning into a plain gourmand. If you have only worn fresh or citrus scents, start with the 3 ml.
