Flora Five's Nishane Ani attar is an alcohol-free, oil-based interpretation of the ginger-bright, vanilla-deep character of Nishane Ani, the Istanbul house's modern bestseller. Bergamot, blue ginger and pink pepper spark the opening, blackcurrant and Turkish rose sweeten the heart with cardamom, and a plush amber base of vanilla, benzoin, ambergris and sandalwood runs roughly 12–16 hours.

How it compares. Our attar captures the recognisable Ani accord — that fizzy blue-ginger opening tumbling into blackcurrant, rose and a plush vanilla-benzoin amber. Because it's a concentrated oil with no alcohol, the opening is softer (no spray “blast”), it develops more slowly, sits closer to the skin, and lasts noticeably longer than an alcohol spray.
